Talk - "The Times, They are a-Changing"

Over the last period of time our Parish Council, the Diocese and many of the people of God around us have been talking about the changing face of the Church and how we continue to do the mission of God in the world as individuals and as a community of Faith. This will require us to think about many aspect of the Church and ask such quests as:

• How do we provide ministry with decreasing resources (people, financial, clergy)?

• What other models of ministries are there?

• How would a team ministry work within our parish and across other parishes?

• How does our parish maintain its uniqueness, identity and independence into the future?

As a starting point to thinking about what ministry may look like in the future and how this may be provided for the people of God across our local area, I would like to invite you to a session at our Sacred Space Sunday program titled – ‘The Times, They are A-Changing’, to be presented by Helen Phillips (Flourishing Communities Facilitator) for the diocese on the 29 June at 5:00pm.
